After significant growth with brands such as Bayer Internacional, Tous, Bimbo and Gaes, LOLA Barcelona hires new talent with diverse experience, with an emphasis on digital and branded content, in its account and creative departments. Yann Baudoin – Global Business Director Yann, of French origin, returns to LOLA after 8 years as General Director at Cheil where he created a transversal structure of comprehensive marketing services to impact consumers in their journey. His experience covers the digital environment from data and insights to creativity and content through digital platforms (e-commerce, CRM, social) and offline operations (Retail & Experiential, among others). He began his career in the communication and advertising industry in local Spanish agencies such as Tactics and Tapsa, working for P&G, Moroccan national tourism office, Leroy Merlin, ENDESA and CINFA.
Céline Vincent – Account Director Céline is French, from the Burgundy area. She joined LOLA from the media industry such as Vice Media Spain and Dentsu Aegis Network , to lead the Bayer account in the French Phone Number List and Italian markets, providing experience in digital strategy and brand content creation. He moved to Spain in 2008 after studying Business Administration at Winthrop University, South Carolina. With more than 12 years of experience he has worked for FCB, d6, Saatchi & Saatchi and McCann, managing clients such as Nivea, SC Johnson, Novartis, Liberty Seguros, P&G, GSK, Toyota, The Coca-Cola Company and Apple. Michele La Fiandra – Creative Director. Michele is an Italian creative director with more than 10 years of experience in advertising, branding and content marketing.
He has expertise in categories such as: food, fashion, pharmaceuticals, beauty, technology and more. He is an enthusiastic team leader, fostering a good environment and positive culture as a crucial element for creative work. He has joined LOLA Barcelona as Creative Director of Bayer France and Italy. His career began at an innovative agency in Rome called Xister and then he took the big step towards an international global team at Leo Burnett Rome , where he worked for different markets, always with an eye on the digital and interactive side of advertising. He then went through agencies TBWA Milan, Zodiak and Early Morning where he honed his knowledge in brand content and effective creativity.
